Workshop on Releasing Stress
Kelly Kolodzinski, owner of Renew Holistic Wellness, and Emily Yenor of 1212 Bodyworks, will host an engaging evening as they dive into their favorite ways to dissolve stress through movement, nutrition and mindfulness. Participants at Stress Less & Enjoy Life MORE! will receive an informative take-home handout, healthy snacks, fun prizes and more. The workshop takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. on August 15, at 1212 Bodyworks, in Brookfield.
“Some of us are still in the summer mode, but all too quickly we’ll face that back-to-school frenzy, and soon afterwards the holidays will be on the agenda,” says Kolodzinski. “Get ahead of it and learn to manage tension now, before you’re deep into these fun but stressful events.”
Yenor is a physical therapist and a certified Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) specialist, with a focus on helping her clients optimize balanced muscle function in order to move and feel their best. Kolodzinski is an integrative nutrition health coach, thermography technician and colon hydrotherapist, offering a unique array of wellness services focused on gut and breast health customized to deliver achievable solutions for her clients’ health concerns and goals.
Cost: $15 in advance; $20 at the door. Location: 20720 W. Watertown Rd., Ste. 100, Brookfield. For more information or to register, call Renew Holistic Wellness at 414-331-8626, email Kelly@RenewHolisticWellness.com or visit RenewHolisticWellness.com and click on “event ticket.”
