Open House with Holistic Mental and Physical Health Providers
Ayurvedic practitioner Vaidya Sunita Pandey, of Santhigram Wellness, will partner with integrative psychiatrist Dr. Aruna Tummala, owner of Trinergy Center for Integrative Psychiatry, for an open house from 3 to 7 p.m., December 3, in their shared space in New Berlin. The event will feature a meet-and-greet with providers at Santhigram and Trinergy, and attendees can learn about cooking, pranayama and aroma-therapy classes; sample healthy, organic food; and browse the year-end inventory sale of ayurvedic herbal medicines, supplements, Santhigram teas, massage oils, beauty/home care products, Indian jewelry, aromatherapy oils and authentic spices from the Malabar region of India. Also planned are henna art, face painting for kids and a raffle for ayurvedic spa services.
Tummala specializes in providing integrative mental wellness care by combining Western psychiatric science with ayurveda. Pandey also works with people through ayurvedic science and holds a postgraduate degree in panchakarma and detoxification. Her special expertise is in chronic pain, allergies, dermatological problems, autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia, orthopedic diseases, infertility, prenatal and postnatal care of mothers and newborns, and pediatric diseases.
