Light Center Presents Lecture Series

Beginning September 12, The Center of Light will present a Light Lecture series at 7 p.m., Mondays, based upon the philosophy that, “No matter where we are in life, there is always more to learn.”

The classes are designed for those looking to gain the skills necessary to live happier, more fulfilling and productive lives. Topics include: The Secret to Healthy and Happy Relationships; Spiritual Ways to Improve Your Work Life; Overcoming Bad Habits and Addictions; Attracting a Romantic Partner Who Shares Your Spirituality; Gaining Control of Negative Emotions; Meditation–The Basics and Beyond; Tools for Healing Anxiety and Depression; and Adding Spirituality to Your Yoga Practice.

The nonprofit Center of Light, directed by the Reverend Margaret Laveda, promotes positive change and personal development.
