Aspire Wellness & Lifestyle Center, in Thiensville, provides acupuncture therapy, nutritional counseling, herbal medicine and supplements, mindset coaching, essential oil therapy, bodywork, biofeedback and wellness education for businesses, communities, families and individuals. Exclusively for Natural Awakenings readers in January, Aspire is offering a winter wellness package including consultation, examination (with stress screening and toxicity test) and an initial treatment, valued at $350, for just $95.
“We feel that our work is a calling, not a career or a job. Aspire means to pursue with passion, and that is what we are doing!” says Jeremy Gilsoul, who co-owns the full-service health and wellness clinic with Aubrey Contramaestre. “Aubrey and I have a mission to help as many people as we can to be as healthy and well as possible without the use of drugs and surgeries,” he adds.
Gilsoul, a former deputy sheriff, holds a master’s degree in Oriental medicine and is a diplomate of acupuncture. He holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and is nationally certified and state licensed in acupuncture and massage therapy. Contramaestre is a nationally certified and state-licensed acupuncturist, with a degree in kinesiology and exercise fitness. She is completing a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and a master’s degree in Oriental medicine.
“Our focus is helping through our healing medicines and education,” explains Gilsoul. “We promote living based upon ananda (bliss), so that people may live their lives healthy, happy, with passion and purpose!”
