Angel Light Center for the Healing Arts is hosting a weekend of exceptional seminars featuring Dr. Steven Farmer, a world-renowned shamanic practitioner and the author of many bestselling publications, including Earth Magic, Earth Magic Oracle Cards, Animal Spirit Guides and Sacred Ceremony. The weekend kicks off with Exploring Shamanism, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., September 20, and continues with If You Could Talk with the Animals, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., September 21, in collaboration with Asia Voight, a professional animal communicator who has been featured in national media. Farmer and Voight wrap up the weekend with private readings from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., September 22.

In Exploring Shamanism, Farmer, a spiritual psychotherapist, soul healer and an ordained minister in the Circle of Sacred Earth Church, will describe the ancient spiritual practice and ways to incorporate it into one’s spiritual belief systems and daily life; the session includes a participatory shamanic journey.
