Abundant Joy Yoga & Wellness Explores Archetypes

Dec 30, 2013 10:53AM

Meg Michaelson, a Healing Touch practitioner and certified archetypal consultant, will offer a class, Archetypes: Doorways to Transformation, at Abundant Joy Yoga & Wellness, in Oconomowoc. The eight-week course takes place from 4 to 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays, beginning January 7.

The lessons explore archetypes, or behavioral patterns, as instruments for self-discovery, personal empowerment and conscious living. Objectives include identifying the 12 archetypes; understanding personalities, drives, feelings and actions; gaining insights to facilitate positive choices and breaking limiting habits—all to help participants reach their greatest potential.

Michaelson holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and speech communications from the University of Minnesota and provides Healing Touch at Abundant Joy Yoga & Wellness, which offers yoga classes, practitioner training, workshops and group wellness cleanses.

A training to become an energy healing practitioner begins in February. Details will be listed at AbundantJoyYoga.com.
