Sue Patterson, “The Paleo Pal” primal health coach, is accepting new clients— individuals, groups and families—that want to learn the foundations of living a paleo lifestyle. The paleo diet focuses on foods presumed to have been available or consumed by humans during the Paleolithic era, such as lean proteins, fruits and vegetables.
“I’m the first certified primal health coach in Milwaukee who started a paleo challenge in 2017, and I lost almost 80 pounds in six months,” relates Patterson, who helps people get started with a balanced and healthy paleo lifestyle. “My chronic pain is gone and I’m thriving again.”
