Fall Reiki Specials Can Help Facilitate Positive Change
During October and November, Cindy Carlson Reiki and Energy Healing is offering a special $45 one-hour reiki session. Reiki, a Japanese healing technique, can clear and balance the body’s energy to help one become in flow with the true self. Carlson’s one-hour session will focus on positive change and helping the client let go of old beliefs or thought patterns that are holding them back or keeping them stuck.
“Autumn is a great time to examine the changes you would like to make in your body, mind or life,” says Carlson. “Reiki can help facilitate change. It can be a bodily change such as weight loss or improved health, or a life change like a relationship or career you would like to move into. You get a sense of peace and well-being; a deep relaxation in the body and mind; and positive, uplifting thoughts. Reiki can also improve sluggish energy so that you feel lighter and more at ease with life and its many challenges.”
Location: 121 E. Silver Spring Dr., Ste. 208, Whitefish Bay. For more information, call 414-758-0657, email CCarlson10@att.net or visit CarlsonHealing.com.
